Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. MAVERAA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MAVERAA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at our contact page — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
