At MAVERAA, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (United States). Orders under $50 are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard: typically 7–18 business days after processing (shown at checkout)
- Express options: when available, rates and timing are calculated at checkout
Delivery windows can vary by destination and carrier. The estimated delivery range on each product page is the best guide for that item.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Typical ranges:
- Canada & Mexico: 10–18 business days
- Europe: 12–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect address
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order; MAVERAA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
